New Skins
Beat the single player Poland missions in SOCOM 3: U.S. Navy SEALs, then use a USB cable to link the PSP and PS2, then you'll unlock the Benito Salazar Zayas Multiplayer Skin and the Dr. Basia Mironova Multiplayer Skin.
Unlock Extras
This isn't really a cheat, but it helps everyone whos been trying to unlock all extras. You need a PS2 with a SOCOM 3 game that has completed the game and is saved on a memory card. You also need a USB cable to connect the PS2 to the PSP. Then, go to extras on both games and find a cotroller icon. Then an icon should say SYNC ALL FILES. Press that on both games and let it transfer data. Then, you should have unlocked everything possible at the time. The only thing that will not be unlocked is a suit that you on the PSP need to unlock.
